This week's meetup will take place at the Beaver Creek Trail in North Pole!

Meet at the 5th Avenue Park at the intersection of 5th Avenue and Davis Road. Arrive by 5:50pm and be prepared to start skiing at 6pm. All experience levels are welcome as this is a great spot for beginners. If you don't have XC skis there are rental options from Outdoor Rec on base, REI, Outdoor adventure on UAF, TRAX, or Beaver Sports. Hot cocoa bar to follow!

Trail Type: We realize everyone is itching for summer weather, but this trail is perfect for those who have been wanting to try to improve their ski skills and haven’t yet. It’s a great opportunity to go skiing with a group who will be happy to help!Dog Friendly: Dogs are welcome but must be on a leash

Distance: The trail is a short .8 miles so plan to do multiple runs if you’re looking for a longer ski.
