We are ready to kickoff our first fatbike meetup! This week we will ride at Creamers field at 6 pm. We will meet in the parking lot next to the white barn. Rove Co will be setting up the after ski party in this parking lot at the back of a black F350 with a camper shell. You will see lights, a hot chocolate bar and a heater! We have a lot of fun hanging out after the ride and everyone is welcome to join in! Here is also where you want to sign in to be entered for our end of winter giveaway.
This location is dog friendly. Remember that ALL skill levels are welcome and we have first time bikers at every event. Bring a head lamp.
The point of these meetups are to get outside, enjoy Alaska Winters, and build your outdoor community! You can rent fatbikes from outdoor rec (thursday-sunday) if you’re military. Goldstream Sports and Beaver Sports also provide bike rentals. Dogs welcome at locations that are dog friendly. Location TBD the week before each event for all future meetups. These meetups will be happening biweekly through the winter!
Reminders!
This is a co-ed event and children are welcome
We will have a hot chocolate bar at the end of the bike ☕️🍫
There will be a total of 6 fatbike meetups throughout winter
