This week's meetup will take place at the Hillside trail system near Hilltop ski area
Meet in the parking lot off of Abbot Road by the entrance to the Hilltop ski area. You'll see a Rove Co flag to find the event. Be ready to start skiing at 6! All experience levels are welcome. If you don't have XC skis, you can rent from Outdoor Rec on base, REI, TRAX, and Backcountry Bike and Ski. There will be a hot cocoa bar after the ski. It will be light out so no headlamp is needed!
Trail Type: XC Classic or skate ski. Friendly reminder to be courteous of others on the trail. Follow trail etiquette and respect wildlife.
Dog Friendly: No
Distance: The route will be an approximate four-mile loop led by a Rove Co Ambassador. The trail will consist of rolling hills and is not recommended for beginners.
