This week's event will take place at the Pearl Creek Nordic Trails!

Meet at Pearl Creek Elementary School at 5:45pm so ski event can start at 6pm. Park in the lower parking lot nearest the trailhead (look for a silver Subaru Outback with a Rove Co flag). All experience levels welcome. If you don’t have xc skis, rent and still come as we have first time skiers often! You can rent from outdoor Recreation on base, REI, outdoor adventure on UAF, Trax, Beaver Sports. Hot cocoa bar and treats for the après ski! Just a friendly reminder to be courteous of others on the trail. Follow trail etiquette and respect wildlife.

Trail Type: XC classic only (community-maintained trails)

Dog Friendly: Dogs are welcome but must be on a leash

Distance: A Rove Co ambassador-led route will cover easier trails for a 45-60 minute ski, but attendees are welcome to ski any route they choose. Trail map linked below.
